* CRISIS SUPPORT SERVICES
* Hours of Service: Every day of the year including Public Holidays from 9:00am - 11:00pm No appointment is necessary
* CRISIS CONTACT CENTER
The Centre provides a statewide crisis support and information response, with appropriate referrals to local services for individuals and families who find themselves in difficult situations associated with housing, family violence, financial issues substance abuse and mental health.
* THE HOMELESS SUPPORT LINE
The Centre also provides a 24 hour telephone response for people who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless
* FOOD VOUCHERS : Mon - Fri 9:00am - 4:30pm.
Residents only with current I.D.showing address within the area serviced
One Voucher per 6 Months and Assessment Required
* Area Serviced for Material Aid:
Albert Park 3206, Balaclava 3183, Brighton 3186, Elsternwick 3185, Elwood 3184, Fishermans Bend 3207, Middle Park 3206, Port Melbourne 3207, Prahran 3181, Ripponlea 3185, South Melbourne 3205, South Yarra 3141, St Kilda 3182, and Windsor 3181.
* INTERIM SUPPORT LINKAGE PROGRAM
Provides short term assistance for individuals and families to develop long term housing and other support plans in conjunction with other community based support services
* Co-located support services to assist people with long term housing and income support:
* Centrelink Community Support Unit: Mon - Thur 12:30pm - 3:30pm
* Homeground Housing
* Legal Service
* PO Box 2027 St Kilda VIC 318
